By signing up you agree to accept and adhere by the following rules.

Quick‑Start Summary

  • Free to enter — never an entry fee.
  • Eligibility: 18 + and able to receive funds via PayPal®. Worldwide except where local law forbids.
  • Submission caps: Each competition specifies (i) total slots and (ii) a per‑creator limit. One natural person = one creator account.
  • Brand & platform approval: Your video must first be cleared by the Brand and accepted by the advertising platform (Meta / TikTok).
  • Judging metric: Lowest CPA wins (≥ 5 purchases). Otherwise highest impressions wins.
  • Tie‑breaker: Impressions.
  • “Beat‑the‑Brand” variant: If the Brand’s own ad wins, no cash prize is paid.
  • Payout: PayPal only, within 30 days of winner verification (KYC may be required).
  • Right to ban: We may remove any Submission or creator at our sole discretion, without explanation.
  • Communication: By entering, you consent to contact by e‑mail or phone about competition matters.

Official Contest Rules

1. Sponsor & Definitions

The Sponsor is The Cyan Zenith SL, Rambla de Catalunya 38 8º 1ª, 08007 Barcelona, Spain ("we", "our").

  • "Creator" — an individual who uploads a Submission (advertisement video) to the competition platform.
  • "Submission" — the video and any accompanying assets supplied by the Creator for a specific competition.
  • "Brand" — the commercial entity whose official assets are supplied for each competition.

2. Eligibility

  1. Open worldwide to natural persons aged 18 years or older, except where prohibited by law (including OFAC‑sanctioned territories and any jurisdiction that requires registration of contests).
  2. One creator account per person. Duplicate or shared accounts are forbidden.
  3. Creators must hold a valid PayPal account capable of receiving funds. Failure to supply such account within ten (10) days of request forfeits the prize.
  4. Phone verification may be required. Sponsor may also request additional KYC or tax documentation (e.g., W‑8BEN, W‑9, photo ID) as a condition of payout; failure or refusal may result in prize withdrawal.

Contest Period & Mechanics

  1. Each competition ("Contest") opens and closes at the dates/times displayed in the user interface; these are automatically adjusted to the viewer’s local time zone.
  2. Entry is free. No purchase or payment is necessary.
  3. Each Contest announces the maximum number of Submissions and the per‑Creator cap.
  4. Upload the Submission through the website in compliance with the technical specifications posted in the Brand Asset Kit.

4. Submission Requirements & Brand Approval

  1. Submissions must: (a) use the Brand’s provided assets or other original or properly licensed material created or obtained by the Creator; (b) comply with Meta, TikTok or Google Advertising Policies; and (c) avoid prohibited content (hate, weapons, illegal activity, false claims, etc.).
  2. Brand Approval: Every Submission is subject to discretionary review by the Brand, which may accept or reject for any or no reason. Rejected Submissions are ineligible.
  3. Platform Acceptance: Each Submission must also be approved by the advertising platform. Submissions that receive zero (0) impressions are deemed "Unranked." No guarantee of reach is provided.

5. Intellectual‑Property Assignment

  1. Assignment. The Creator irrevocably assigns to the Sponsor and Brand all worldwide right, title, and interest in and to each Submission, including derivatives, for the full term of copyright (and any renewals), whether or not the Submission wins a prize.
  2. Creator waives any moral rights to the extent permitted by law.
  3. Where assignment is not permitted, Creator grants an exclusive, perpetual, royalty‑free, sublicensable licence.
  4. Creator warrants that all third‑party content appearing in the Submission is cleared and indemnifies Sponsor and Brand against related claims.

6. Judging & Winner Determination

  1. Performance Metric: Submissions compete on Cost‑Per‑Acquisition (CPA)—that is, the advertising spend divided by the number of purchases attributed during the Contest period, as recorded by the platform’s pixel. Purchases occurring after the Contest end time are not counted.
  2. The Submission with the lowest CPA and at least five (5) purchases is the Winner.
  3. No‑Purchase Scenario: If no Submission achieves five purchases, the Submission with the highest impressions wins.
  4. Tie‑Breaker: If two or more eligible Submissions share the same metric, the other metric (impressions or CPA, respectively) is used as tie‑breaker; if still tied, Sponsor selects the Winner at its discretion.
  5. Beat‑the‑Brand Variant: In designated Contests, the Brand’s control advertisement also competes. If the Brand Ad posts the best metric, no cash prize is awarded for that Contest.
  6. Leaderboards display relative rankings only; raw CPA values remain confidential.

7. Prizes & Payout

  1. Each Contest’s prize pool (including any runner‑up prizes) is published on its landing page.
  2. Payment Method: PayPal only. Sponsor is not responsible for PayPal fees or exchange‑rate losses.
  3. Winner must respond to a prize‑notification e‑mail within ten (10) calendar days and provide a payable PayPal account. Failure to do so results in forfeiture, and the prize may pass to the next‑ranked Creator.
  4. KYC Condition: Sponsor may require additional identity or tax documentation before releasing funds. Failure or refusal voids the prize.
  5. Taxes are solely the Winner’s responsibility; Sponsor may collect tax forms where legally required.

8. Partner Creator Program

  1. Sponsor may invite certain Creators ("Partner Creators") to reserved slots, invite‑only Contests, free products, or other perks.
  2. Partner status is granted and revocable at Sponsor’s discretion.

9. Conduct & Disqualification

  1. Sponsor may ban any Creator or Submission at any time for any reason, without explanation.
  2. Fraud (click farms, bot traffic, duplicate accounts, IP infringement) leads to immediate disqualification and prize forfeiture.
  3. If the advertising platform disables a Creator’s ad account, all affected Submissions are Unranked.

10. Communication

By entering, the Creator expressly consents to being contacted via e‑mail or phone for matters relating to competitions, Submission status, payments, and platform updates.

11. Privacy & Data

  1. Sponsor collects personal data (name, e‑mail, phone, PayPal address, ad‑performance metrics) for Contest administration, marketing analytics, and compliance.
  2. Data is processed under the Site Privacy Policy and the EU GDPR. Creators may request deletion of their personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.

12. General Conditions

  1. Sponsor may cancel, terminate, or amend any Contest or these Rules at any time. Material changes take effect prospectively.
  2. Force Majeure: Sponsor is not liable for events beyond reasonable control (e.g., platform outage, war, epidemic).
  3. Limitation of Liability: Sponsor’s total liability shall not exceed the highest cash prize available in the relevant Contest.
  4. Indemnity: Creator agrees to defend and hold harmless Sponsor and Brand from third‑party claims arising from the Submission.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  1. These Rules are governed by Spanish law.
  2. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
  3. Before litigation, the parties agree to a ten (10) day informal negotiation period.
